Senior Computer Vision Engineer

We are building technology that revolutionizes the way people shop for home services – moving, painting, remodeling, and beyond. Using computer vision, we pack the expertise of an on-site estimator into a smartphone. We’re building a world where getting a quote for home services is as easy and interactive as shopping for products online. Our first product has been in the market for a year and we have already processed over 1 million consumer recorded videos and we monetize through a B2B SaaS business model.

We are working on the challenging problem of scene understanding in 3D - reconstruction, sparse mapping, and dimension estimation based on monocular camera and sensors. We use a mix of deep learning based techniques along with classical geometry-based computer vision and robotics.

In this specific role, you will use the building blocks of computer vision in multi-view geometry (using perspective projection, homography, SFM, SLAM based techniques) along with deep learning based techniques (indoor layouts, depth) to put together the CV stack and pipeline that will ship to customers. This role is skewed more towards expertise in multi-view geometry/robotics. Understanding and work in deep-learning are also useful (our stack uses both).
